Overview

Frunk Yea offers premium Tesla rental services, currently serving San Diego, but soon to expand to other cities. They needed a dynamic digital brand identity to support their quickly growing business. They use the car rental platform Turo to rent their growing fleet of Teslas, but they needed a website to market their brand and direct users to their Turo page. Eventually, they will switch over to a self-hosted rental service platform.

Customer Research

Frunk Yea shared their customer data, which I used to develop simple User Personas to guide initial market research.

Brand Book

Frunk Yea develops many of their projects internally, so I created a Frunk Yea Brand Book to help guide future projects. It includes branding and interface guides as well as creative direction for sourcing photography and brand voice.

The Frunk Yea team often attends conferences and trade shows, meaning they need super cool branded gear, including shirts, hats, ID badges, and stickers to catch the eye of potential customers, bloggers, and investors.
